What to write about

• A statement that failed to parse: tell us the bank, the account type, and what went wrong (rows skipped, columns shifted, a balance-chain break). A sample statement helps most. Use a personal statement or redact a client's rather than sending live client data. The privacy policy says what happens to a file you email in: it is used to fix the parser and deleted once the fix ships.
• A bank you want supported: check the supported banks list first, then send a statement from that bank. A profile is built by measuring one real document.
